We were paying $ 10.00 at F19. Great location, not-great parking and in bad need of a cardio re-fresh. We’ll look elsewhere.

As a person who has tried many different types of athletic environments from CrossFit to Orange Theory to various gyms, F45 is easily my favorite. The cardio machines don’t have a lame 30 minute time limit which I appreciate as I usually do an hour or two on the treadmill with each visit.

My only gripe? It would be nice to have a couple more classes in the early AM besides spinning. Spinning doesn’t like my asthma, work doesn’t like me to be late, and sometimes I just need some peer Website pressure to hit my limit!

I’ve gone in the evening and had plenty of room to myself. They also have a nice juice/shake counter that has really great stuff. The staffing is minimum so sometimes you can’t find anyone to help you. I’ve gone in the morning and early afternoon and this is where the problems lie. The cardio side is steamy hot ! I’m not kidding. I’ve walked in and then turned around and walked right out.
